Natalie Kyprianou is a Director at Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC and a key member of the firm’s Corporate Law and M&A team. With a well-established track record in corporate and commercial transactions, she advises domestic and international clients on corporate governance, due diligence, and company structuring. Natalie is known for her clarity in complex documentation and her ability to manage multi-party M&A transactions effectively.
Her practice focuses primarily on corporate law, with particular expertise in corporate reorganisations, M&A transactions, joint ventures, demergers, company divisions and partial divisions and legal vendor and purchaser due diligence exercises.
