hillc.legal is a website (the “Website”) operated by Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC, a private lawyers’ limited liability company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE227297, regulated by the Cyprus Legal Council and the Cyprus Bar Association (CBA Reg. No. 22), having its registered office at 11 Michail Paridi, 1095 Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter “HILLC” “we”, “usorour”).

Acceptance of these Terms

By using our Website, you (“you”, “your”) confirm that you accept these terms of use (the “Terms”) and agree to comply with them. The Terms govern your use of our Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website. The terms and conditions pursuant to which we provide our clients with specific services are defined in our engagement letter with the client.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes, but minor or non-material changes may be made without notice. You can see when we last changed these Terms by referring to the ‘LAST UPDATED’ statement at the beginning of the Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The courts of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Severability

If any provision (or part of a provision) of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision (or part of a provision) shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision (or part of a provision) shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
