In the area of immovable property, Rania offers practical advice on transactions, the drafting and review of commercial and residential leases, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Her attention to detail supports clients in managing the complexities of property law.
Rania also brings in-depth knowledge of intellectual property law, regularly advising on the protection of trademarks and copyrights, as well as the development of strategic approaches to brand management.
